Each applicant's South African ID number is mathematically validated and checked for reuse across multiple accounts, while phone numbers, emails, and registration numbers are screened for duplicates and alias patterns
AI vision reads every ID, KUSA/SABBS, SAVC, and CIPC document to confirm it's a genuine document of the expected type, then cross-checks the ID number, name, and registration it reads against what the applicant submitted
The applicant's selfie is compared one-to-one against the photograph on their ID document using AWS facial-recognition technology, confirming the person applying is the genuine holder of the ID
KUSA, SABBS, and SAVC registration numbers are validated and, where an official public register exists, the number is checked against it to confirm the credential is real
Business addresses are geocoded against mapping data to confirm they correspond to a real physical premises, flagging PO boxes, private bags, and addresses that can't be located
