Professional and helpful

Golden Paws Kennels was very professional and responsive. Communication was good throughout the process, and the pet was exactly as described. The only minor issue was a short delay in scheduling the collection, but otherwise a smooth experience. Happy with our new addition!

Could have been better

Unfortunately my experience with Golden Paws Kennels was not great. Communication was slow, the pet's vaccination records were incomplete, and I had to chase for follow-up information. The pet itself is fine, thankfully, but the service was below what I expected.
