- Redeem Rewards: Apply your points as a discount at checkout or choose from a selection of redemption options.
How to Earn Points
There will be multiple ways to build up your balance so that every type of community member can benefit.

Redeeming Your Points
Points will never expire while your account is active, and you will have full flexibility in how you choose to use them.
- Shop Discounts: Apply points toward any purchase in the PetGuru shop. 100 points will equal R10 off your order.
- Free Products: Redeem accumulated points for selected products from our catalogue at zero additional cost.
- Donate to Shelters: Choose to convert your points into a donation to a registered animal shelter or rescue organisation of your choice.
- Exclusive Perks: High-balance members will unlock early access to new features, exclusive community badges, and special promotions.
