Instead of a certificate you prove the litter is genuinely yours: we issue you a code, and you photograph the parent dogs and the puppies with that code and the date written on paper, add a short walkthrough video of where the animals are kept, and send proof of address. The bar is stricter: anything less than a flawless litter-proof check goes to a human reviewer, and you earn an Identity-Verified Breeder badge rather than the Registered Breeder badge, so buyers can tell the two apart.
