Pet scams on OLX, Junk Mail and other classifieds
What happened
A documented pattern. Older classifieds sites and their newer replacements carry the same pet scams: cheap purebreds, recycled photos, and a fast push to pay a deposit and arrange a courier. As with any classifieds, there is no buyer protection. Verify the seller and the animal in person, use the relevant breed registry to confirm breeders, and never send money before collection.
