Counterfeit pet medication and parasite-treatment scams
What happened
A documented pattern with a health risk. Fake or counterfeit flea, tick and worm treatments and other pet medicines are sold cheaply online, and can be ineffective or dangerous to your animal. Buy medication from your vet or a reputable pharmacy, be wary of big discounts on well-known brands from unknown sellers, and check packaging and batch details. Cheap pet meds from an unverified store are a false economy that can harm your pet.
