About Paws & Plains Boarding Kennels

Paws & Plains is a family-run boarding kennel set on a smallholding just outside Bloemfontein, with wide open spaces for dogs to enjoy. We offer individual kennels with large attached runs, communal play sessions, and a dedicated exercise paddock. We are SA Boarding Kennel Association members and follow strict hygiene protocols. We accommodate all breeds, including giant and great Danes, and provide senior dog care with special bedding and gentler activity schedules.

Could not have asked for better
From the first inquiry to bringing our new family member home, Paws & Plains Boarding Kennels was absolutely fantastic. They answered every question patiently, provided all the health records upfront, and even followed up a week later to check how the settling-in was going. You can tell they genuinely care about their animals. Cannot recommend them enough!

Absolutely wonderful experience!
Lekker experience from start to finish! Paws & Plains Boarding Kennels is the real deal. Professional, honest, and clearly passionate about what they do. Our little one has settled in beautifully. We will definitely be back when it is time for number two!

Mixed feelings
It was a fairly standard experience. Paws & Plains Boarding Kennels delivered on what was promised, but there was nothing that stood out as exceptional. The pet is healthy and that is what matters most.
