Paws Inn is a boutique dog hotel set on a wine estate just outside Stellenbosch. We offer a limited number of places to ensure each dog gets individual attention and plenty of love. Guests enjoy vineyard walks, a secure play garden with mountain views, and cosy indoor sleeping areas with underfloor heating. We cater especially well to anxious or elderly dogs who need a quieter environment. Owner Louise is a qualified animal behaviourist with over 15 years of experience.

Good communication throughout
We are very happy with our experience at Paws Inn Stellenbosch. Clean environment, healthy animals, and helpful staff. They gave us clear guidance on diet and care. Would definitely consider them again.

Not what I expected
Unfortunately my experience with Paws Inn Stellenbosch was not great. Communication was slow, the pet's vaccination records were incomplete, and I had to chase for follow-up information. The pet itself is fine, thankfully, but the service was below what I expected.

Absolutely wonderful experience!
What impressed me most about Paws Inn Stellenbosch was their thoroughness. They asked US questions to make sure we were the right fit — and that tells you everything about how much they care. The pet was healthy, socialised, and clearly well-cared for. Outstanding experience.
