Mixed feelings
Snip & Sparkle Grooming Pretoria was okay. The pet was healthy, which is the most important thing, but the communication could have been better. It took a few days to get responses to messages. The handover itself was fine though.

We drove over 300km to collect from Snip & Sparkle Grooming Pretoria and it was worth every kilometre. The facilities were clean, the animals were clearly well-loved, and the handover was professional. They even gave us a care pack with food, a blanket that smelled like mum, and detailed feeding instructions. Truly top-class Groomer.
