Good experience overall. Biscuit Pet Grooming was upfront about everything and the process was straightforward. The pet has adapted well to our home. Only giving 4 stars because communication could have been slightly quicker, but no real complaints.

Mixed feelings
It was a fairly standard experience. Biscuit Pet Grooming delivered on what was promised, but there was nothing that stood out as exceptional. The pet is healthy and that is what matters most.

Could have been better
I would not go back to Biscuit Pet Grooming. The premises were not as clean as the photos suggested, and I felt pressured to make a quick decision. The pet has thankfully settled well, but the experience left a bad taste.
