Very happy with our purchase
Good experience overall. Biscuit Pet Grooming was upfront about everything and the process was straightforward. The pet has adapted well to our home. Only giving 4 stars because communication could have been slightly quicker, but no real complaints.

Could not have asked for better
From the first inquiry to bringing our new family member home, Biscuit Pet Grooming was absolutely fantastic. They answered every question patiently, provided all the health records upfront, and even followed up a week later to check how the settling-in was going. You can tell they genuinely care about their animals. Cannot recommend them enough!

Mixed feelings
Biscuit Pet Grooming was okay. The pet was healthy, which is the most important thing, but the communication could have been better. It took a few days to get responses to messages. The handover itself was fine though.
