It was okay
PetZone Menlyn was okay. The pet was healthy, which is the most important thing, but the communication could have been better. It took a few days to get responses to messages. The handover itself was fine though.

Mixed feelings
It was a fairly standard experience. PetZone Menlyn delivered on what was promised, but there was nothing that stood out as exceptional. The pet is healthy and that is what matters most.
