Very happy with our purchase
Good experience overall. Paws & Claws Sandton was upfront about everything and the process was straightforward. The pet has adapted well to our home. Only giving 4 stars because communication could have been slightly quicker, but no real complaints.

Smooth process from start to finish
Paws & Claws Sandton was very professional and responsive. Communication was good throughout the process, and the pet was exactly as described. The only minor issue was a short delay in scheduling the collection, but otherwise a smooth experience. Happy with our new addition!
