Good experience overall. Winelands Dog Walks was upfront about everything and the process was straightforward. The pet has adapted well to our home. Only giving 4 stars because communication could have been slightly quicker, but no real complaints.

We drove over 300km to collect from Winelands Dog Walks and it was worth every kilometre. The facilities were clean, the animals were clearly well-loved, and the handover was professional. They even gave us a care pack with food, a blanket that smelled like mum, and detailed feeding instructions. Truly top-class Dog Walker.

It was a fairly standard experience. Winelands Dog Walks delivered on what was promised, but there was nothing that stood out as exceptional. The pet is healthy and that is what matters most.
