We drove over 300km to collect from SupaWoof Dog Resort and it was worth every kilometre. The facilities were clean, the animals were clearly well-loved, and the handover was professional. They even gave us a care pack with food, a blanket that smelled like mum, and detailed feeding instructions. Truly top-class Dog Hotel & Accommodation.

SupaWoof Dog Resort was very professional and responsive. Communication was good throughout the process, and the pet was exactly as described. The only minor issue was a short delay in scheduling the collection, but otherwise a smooth experience. Happy with our new addition!
