Good communication throughout
Had a positive experience with Paws & Plains Boarding Kennels. The pet was healthy and well-socialised. They provided vaccination records and were happy to answer all our questions. Would recommend to anyone looking for a reputable Dog Hotel & Accommodation in the area.
Five stars all the way
We drove over 300km to collect from Paws & Plains Boarding Kennels and it was worth every kilometre. The facilities were clean, the animals were clearly well-loved, and the handover was professional. They even gave us a care pack with food, a blanket that smelled like mum, and detailed feeding instructions. Truly top-class Dog Hotel & Accommodation.
Disappointing experience
Unfortunately my experience with Paws & Plains Boarding Kennels was not great. Communication was slow, the pet's vaccination records were incomplete, and I had to chase for follow-up information. The pet itself is fine, thankfully, but the service was below what I expected.
