Not what I expected
Unfortunately my experience with Pawfect Groom Durban was not great. Communication was slow, the pet's vaccination records were incomplete, and I had to chase for follow-up information. The pet itself is fine, thankfully, but the service was below what I expected.

I would not go back to Pawfect Groom Durban. The premises were not as clean as the photos suggested, and I felt pressured to make a quick decision. The pet has thankfully settled well, but the experience left a bad taste.

Good experience overall. Pawfect Groom Durban was upfront about everything and the process was straightforward. The pet has adapted well to our home. Only giving 4 stars because communication could have been slightly quicker, but no real complaints.
