Could have been better
Unfortunately my experience with Pack Hikes Cape Town was not great. Communication was slow, the pet's vaccination records were incomplete, and I had to chase for follow-up information. The pet itself is fine, thankfully, but the service was below what I expected.

Average but got the job done
Pack Hikes Cape Town was okay. The pet was healthy, which is the most important thing, but the communication could have been better. It took a few days to get responses to messages. The handover itself was fine though.
