Exceeded all expectations
We drove over 300km to collect from Kloof Street Veterinary Clinic and it was worth every kilometre. The facilities were clean, the animals were clearly well-loved, and the handover was professional. They even gave us a care pack with food, a blanket that smelled like mum, and detailed feeding instructions. Truly top-class Veterinarian.

Would not recommend
I would not go back to Kloof Street Veterinary Clinic. The premises were not as clean as the photos suggested, and I felt pressured to make a quick decision. The pet has thankfully settled well, but the experience left a bad taste.

Smooth process from start to finish
Good experience overall. Kloof Street Veterinary Clinic was upfront about everything and the process was straightforward. The pet has adapted well to our home. Only giving 4 stars because communication could have been slightly quicker, but no real complaints.
