Good experience overall. Hatfield Veterinary Clinic was upfront about everything and the process was straightforward. The pet has adapted well to our home. Only giving 4 stars because communication could have been slightly quicker, but no real complaints.

From the first inquiry to bringing our new family member home, Hatfield Veterinary Clinic was absolutely fantastic. They answered every question patiently, provided all the health records upfront, and even followed up a week later to check how the settling-in was going. You can tell they genuinely care about their animals. Cannot recommend them enough!
