Professional and helpful
Good experience overall. Fluff & Fancy Grooming Joburg was upfront about everything and the process was straightforward. The pet has adapted well to our home. Only giving 4 stars because communication could have been slightly quicker, but no real complaints.

Not what I expected
I would not go back to Fluff & Fancy Grooming Joburg. The premises were not as clean as the photos suggested, and I felt pressured to make a quick decision. The pet has thankfully settled well, but the experience left a bad taste.
