Professional and caring
From the first inquiry to bringing our new family member home, Bloemfontein Pet Centre was absolutely fantastic. They answered every question patiently, provided all the health records upfront, and even followed up a week later to check how the settling-in was going. You can tell they genuinely care about their animals. Cannot recommend them enough!
Not what I expected
Unfortunately my experience with Bloemfontein Pet Centre was not great. Communication was slow, the pet's vaccination records were incomplete, and I had to chase for follow-up information. The pet itself is fine, thankfully, but the service was below what I expected.
