From the first inquiry to bringing our new family member home, Polokwane Veterinary Clinic was absolutely fantastic. They answered every question patiently, provided all the health records upfront, and even followed up a week later to check how the settling-in was going. You can tell they genuinely care about their animals. Cannot recommend them enough!

What impressed me most about Polokwane Veterinary Clinic was their thoroughness. They asked US questions to make sure we were the right fit — and that tells you everything about how much they care. The pet was healthy, socialised, and clearly well-cared for. Outstanding experience.

Smooth process from start to finish
Good experience overall. Polokwane Veterinary Clinic was upfront about everything and the process was straightforward. The pet has adapted well to our home. Only giving 4 stars because communication could have been slightly quicker, but no real complaints.
