Five stars all the way
We drove over 300km to collect from PetZone Menlyn and it was worth every kilometre. The facilities were clean, the animals were clearly well-loved, and the handover was professional. They even gave us a care pack with food, a blanket that smelled like mum, and detailed feeding instructions. Truly top-class Pet Store.

From the first inquiry to bringing our new family member home, PetZone Menlyn was absolutely fantastic. They answered every question patiently, provided all the health records upfront, and even followed up a week later to check how the settling-in was going. You can tell they genuinely care about their animals. Cannot recommend them enough!
