Average but got the job done
It was a fairly standard experience. Karoo & Coast Pet Sitting delivered on what was promised, but there was nothing that stood out as exceptional. The pet is healthy and that is what matters most.

Exceeded all expectations
From the first inquiry to bringing our new family member home, Karoo & Coast Pet Sitting was absolutely fantastic. They answered every question patiently, provided all the health records upfront, and even followed up a week later to check how the settling-in was going. You can tell they genuinely care about their animals. Cannot recommend them enough!

Great experience overall
