Not what I expected
I would not go back to Karoo & Coast Pet Sitting. The premises were not as clean as the photos suggested, and I felt pressured to make a quick decision. The pet has thankfully settled well, but the experience left a bad taste.

It was okay
Mixed experience with Karoo & Coast Pet Sitting. The pet is lovely and settling in well, but I felt a bit rushed during collection. Not much guidance was offered post-purchase. Average but not terrible.
