Great experience overall
Happy Tails Pet Sitting Pretoria was very professional and responsive. Communication was good throughout the process, and the pet was exactly as described. The only minor issue was a short delay in scheduling the collection, but otherwise a smooth experience. Happy with our new addition!

It was okay
Happy Tails Pet Sitting Pretoria was okay. The pet was healthy, which is the most important thing, but the communication could have been better. It took a few days to get responses to messages. The handover itself was fine though.
