Disappointing experience
Unfortunately my experience with Cape Animal Emergency Hospital was not great. Communication was slow, the pet's vaccination records were incomplete, and I had to chase for follow-up information. The pet itself is fine, thankfully, but the service was below what I expected.

Mixed feelings
Cape Animal Emergency Hospital was okay. The pet was healthy, which is the most important thing, but the communication could have been better. It took a few days to get responses to messages. The handover itself was fine though.
