Not what I expected

I would not go back to Golden Paws Kennels. The premises were not as clean as the photos suggested, and I felt pressured to make a quick decision. The pet has thankfully settled well, but the experience left a bad taste.

Mixed feelings

Golden Paws Kennels was okay. The pet was healthy, which is the most important thing, but the communication could have been better. It took a few days to get responses to messages. The handover itself was fine though.
